Contact Tickus
One address reaches the people who build and run Tickus. A human reads it; the list below is what makes the first reply useful.
Last reviewed . Tickus changes; when it does in a way this page describes, the date above changes with it.
Bought a ticket and need help
Your ticket is the link in the email you were sent when you paid. Open it on the phone you will bring to the event: the pass page shows the QR code the gate scans. Nothing needs to be installed and there is no account to sign in to.
If you cannot find the email, or the link no longer opens, write to us with:
- the order reference from that email,
- the email address you paid with,
- and the event’s name or its link, if you have it.
A refund is the organizer’s decision, not ours. If you are asking for your money back, say so in the message and we will put it to them; refunds and cancellations explains what happens next.
Organizing an event
Sign in to your dashboard first: most questions about payouts, ticket sales and check-ins are answered there, with the numbers for your own event rather than a general answer. The wallet page shows what has been collected, what is owed to you and what has been paid out.
Write to us from the email address on the account, about:
- a payout that has not arrived,
- cancelling an event and what that sends to buyers,
- an event that is not being found in the directory,
- a gate phone that will not sync or will not scan.
At the gate, right now
Contact the organizer of the event you are working, not Tickus. They hold the access code you sign in with and the list you are checking against, and they are the only people who can add you to an event or reset a code that has been locked out.
Privacy and deleting your data
Requests about personal data go to the same address. Say what you want removed and which email or order it concerns. Deleting your account explains what can be deleted outright and what has to be kept for financial records; the privacy policy says what is stored in the first place.
Security
If you believe you have found a vulnerability, or you have received an email that claims to be from Tickus and does not look right, tell us at the address above before telling anyone else. Please do not test a suspected flaw against a live event, and do not open a ticket you do not own to see whether the check works.
Who you are writing to
Tickus is operated by Kuriolabs Ltd, and support is handled from Nigeria, in West Africa Time (WAT, UTC+1). We read messages in the order they arrive. Legal and postal correspondence for the company is also handled through the address above.
Tickus is governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, which is where the company is established and where the money moves. The terms say so in full.
